Youth Leadership and Development

Legionnaires and members of the Ladies Auxiliary within BC/Yukon Command take great pride in preparing today’s youth for tomorrow’s challenges. This mentorship is rich with values, offering the next generation the benefit of life experiences, which so admirably identify us as respected Canadians. Nurturing, supporting and guiding youth development will ensure civic responsibility is learned and understood. This understanding will resonate in the hearts and actions of the younger generation, as they symbolically accept the “Torch of Remembrance” . The Legion within BC/Yukon Command supports a vast array of youth leadership and development programs designed to embrace scholastic achievements, athletic pursuit, artistic initiative and civic responsibility.
